[Bug 47488] Please update Gobby to 0.3.1

Please update Gobby to 0.3.1. There is no corresponding Debian revision
due to problems in Debian's unstable distribution, so please upload a
new revision manually.

Version 0.3.1 fixes a bug in the copy'n'paste handling, an area where we
received many complaints about. It led to a segmentation fault, so all
data was lost. It would be nice if 0.3.1 finds its way into dapper-
updates.
