Lowering severity.  A critical bug is one that "has a severe impact on a
large portion of Ubuntu users"
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/CommonTasks).  qgo is not widely in use in
the Ubuntu users base.  It is still an annoying bug that should be
fixed, but it is not a critical one.
