[Bug 5989] Re: wrong path on the archive

Ok, version is 0.7.70-2 (breezy version, but dapper have the same
package).

The problem here is this:
# tar zxvf comedi-source.tar.gz
modules/
modules/debian/
modules/debian/control
modules/debian/control.modules.in
modules/debian/postinst.modules.in
.....
modules/scripts/doc_devlist
modules/scripts/dump_doc
modules/README
modules/configure.ac
modules/aclocal.m4
......
modules/autogen.sh
modules/comedi/
modules/comedi/Makefile.am
modules/comedi/Makefile.in

The comedi subdir was created correctly, but lot of file falled on
modules/*...
