Perhaps you'd just like to edit the title? It says 4.5.x while the body says 4.6.5. 4.7.0 has been released, perhaps users can just upgrade to the latest Drupal? -- Drupal 4.5.x does not work with PHP5 https://launchpad.net/bugs/28461
