I've opted for NOT doing the pychecker upload; it's dependencies are correct (and use an OR, so they're fine, from an archive perspective).

The only remaining blocker to removing python2.1 is jython.  Let us know what you'd like done with this (drop python2.1 and break jython until someone gets a new version in, wait for a new jython, whatever), and we can go from there.
