Definitely confirmed here.

I thought it could be that I had a USB keyboard plugged in at one point, but that can't be it as I rebooted without the MIDI board plugged in, and it still gives that error.

It was also confirmed by another person on the Ubuntu Forums.

I had not had this issue on Dapper until recently.
