[Bug 31097] Build-Depends dependency for sbcl cannot be satisfied

Comment:
The latest source package for sbcl is 0.9.8.0-1 however a binary is not
available. It cannot be built, because it build-depends on sbcl (>>
1:0.9.5.50-9) and only 0.9.2.0-3 is available.

By relaxing the version dependency I built successfully this package
with sbcl 0.9.2.0-3. I'm attaching a trivial patch for this.
