"Ubuntu Terminal Emulator" (whatever that is :-)) works fine here as
well.

This probably means that the "--working-directory=%f" part should be
dropped from the command line for gnome-terminal. Selecting "Custom",
and having just  "Command: gnome-terminal" and "Execute flag: -x" works
fine for me.
