[Bug 2253] Re: fpc binary are not available in ubuntu

Hi,

for bootstrapping fpc, the following debian binary packages need to be
installed on the buildds:

fp-compiler
fp-units-rtl
fp-utils

Then, a mere build of fpc should result in all binary packages needed to
rebuild fpc on it's own again. I verified this on i386, hopefully it
will work on amd64, ppc and sparc as well.
