Binary package hint: xchat-xsys

By right clicking the system tray icon and selecting "Help & Contact"
and then clicking "Check for Updates" both xchat and xchat-systray
crash.

Running Dapper Drake on AMD64 with
xchat 2.6.1-0ubuntu2
xchat-systray 2.4.5-3ubuntu1
