[Bug 54343] Please sync strigi from debian

Please sync the strigi desktop search app from debian.

You will need:
clucene-core_0.9.15-2.dsc: strigi depends on this
strigi_0.3.2-2.dsc: indexer and client
strigiapplet_0.3.2-1.dsc: Applet for kde 3.5.x

I grabbed the sources from debian and they build and run fine on my edgy
box.
