[Bug 49836] Amavis sa-learn cron job goes to wrong home directory when NG was installed before new.

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: amavisd-new

1: When amavis-ng installs itself, it creates the amavis user with home
dir /var/lib/amavis-ng.

2: When it uninstalls it doesn't remove the user.

3: When amavisd-new installs it doesn't correct the user path


Resulting in sa-learn is trying to look for it's 'home' in /var/lib/amavis-ng/.spamassasin
