Hi again,

the "merge new debian version" bugs are "pseudo"-bugs, just to handle
the worklist while the merges are(/were) done.

In this case, you could either file a normal bug or reopen and retitle
this bug to s.th. like "xfonts-mona installs font to wrong directory".
