[Bug 28549] missing library libXm when starting

ida depends on libXm.so.3 which is provided by the libmotif3 package
(you can install this package to quickly solve this bug) but ida doesn't
depend on libmotif3.

If I rebuild ida on my computer, libmotif3 dependancy is added but not if I compile in a pbuilder chroot...
I am looking into this problem.
