Changed back to normal as per Phil Bull, who commented 3 seconds before
me. I still very much disagree with this decision, however. As Ubuntu
just pushes on the Debian packages, though, I don't think it'll make any
difference what the severity is regardless. During much of the Breezy
cycle I was forced to get the Debian packages myself to get around
certain bugs.
