[Bug 6739] rxvt-unicode: merge new debian version

I reviewed this by mistake, but I can confirm that rxvt-unicode can be
synced, overriding all Ubuntu changes.

Details:
- build-dep on yodl no longer necessary.
- debian/rules changes were just a change in the order of options

I also confirm that it builds correctly on dapper.
