[Bug 6048] Is beagle alive?

I can't tell exactly now, because it was on friend's PC. Anyway Ubuntu
was Breezy Badger, but the deskbar-applet was compiled from the dapper
source (I'll let you know, when I check this).

And the second thing is mainly a wordplay around "beagle live query". If
it cannot perform a live query then it probably means that it's not
alive anymore :)

Another question is that beagle daemon doesn't start automagically,
which is a very big pain.
