[Bug 5240] error messages from /etc/init.d/clamav-freshclam

I'm getting the same 'log_daemon_msg:command not found' error when
executing sudo /etc/init.d/clamav-freshclam or any of the other variants
of that command relating to clamav.  I have read that this was fixed in
Debian unstable or testing, but it appears that a bad copy of clamav has
been included with Ubuntu, or so the scuttlebut goes. :)
