[Bug 1883] Frequency popoup does not contain largest possible frequency

I'm also missing the smallest possible frequency, in addition to the
highest (sorry, I cannot understand if the patch also fixes this).

Also the pop-up (on mouse-over) says "Fixed speed, 600 Mhz" although the
frequency will be automatically scaled. Shouldn't it be "Automatic"?
