Debian bug #396720 requests removal of zope-localizer from Debian:

RM: zope-localizer -- RoM; obsolete; superseeded by zope-cps-localizer

zope-cps-localizer is in Ubuntu.

zope-translationservice depends on zope-localizer but is also requested
for removal (bug #65377).

Thanks.
