Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: phpldapadmin
Even though phpldapadmin should probably rely on php4 instead of php5
(or should offer the choice), it shouldn't depend on apache version 1
anymore. Directives can be found here:
http://wiki.pldapadmin.com/tiki-index.php?page_ref_id=34
AFAICT phpldapadmin depends on php4-ldap by default and that is what
causes it to install apache-common.
--Steps to reproduce-- (I initiated this on Dapper Drake LAMP default
installation)
# apt-get install phpldapadmin
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
The following extra packages will be installed:
apache-common libapache-mod-php4 libzzip-0-12 php4-common php4-ldap
Suggested packages:
apache apache-ssl apache-perl php-pear
The following NEW packages will be installed:
apache-common libapache-mod-php4 libzzip-0-12 php4-common php4-ldap
phpldapadmin
