[Bug 34916] Applications menu entry does not include functional description

Public bug reported:

The name for the entry in the Applications menu is 'Eclipse'. This does
not include a functional description, as recommended by the GNOME HIG:

http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gup/hig/2.0/desktop-integration.html

Also, the tooltip is rather uninformative, 'Integrated Development
Environment'.
