I can confirm that.

This seems to be a bug related to GTK 2.8 and has apparently been fixed in gDesklets version 0.35.3. See comment #28 on this thread for more info:

However, the version available from the Breezy repos is still 0.35.2, the same as on the Dapper repos.

After compiling and installing 0.35.3 on my Breezy system, the FTB gauges are working as expected.

So the question is, could it be possible to have a 0.35.3 package made and uploaded to the repos?
