The python2.3-num* depends are not satisfyable because we no longer carry them in the archive.  I have successfully built a package with just the 2.4 stuff but I don't know for sure if that is the correct answer. See #37638 and 37625.  I really know of no other way unless we bring python2.3-num* modules back in.  Thank you.
Let me know if I should upload the 2.4 only package I have.
