[Bug 1381] Re: .config should use sane defaults

In Dapper, when I started lingoteach for the first time, it automatically created ~/.lingoteach/config.xml.  In that file various defaults were set, including soundpath, browser,  and player, and defined them to what appear to be sane values.

So this bug seems to be fixed.
