How about rolling back to an older kernel version?  Was this problem originally
caused by a kernel update?

The tuner code in tvtime has not changed for a long time. The only other thing I
can think of is that somehow your tvtime stationlist has become corrupted. Can
you please attach your ~/.tvtime/tvtime.xml and ~/.tvtime/stationlist.xml files
to this bug?
