according to debian changelog, ppracer has has a desktop file since version
0.3.1-1. In breezy we have version 0.3.1-2build1, I'm closing this bug
therefore, since the desktopfile "works for me"[tm]

Please reopen this bug or open an other bug if this does not work for you.
