[Bug 2261] mldonkey version too old

I think the debian maintainer, Sylvain Le Gall, is doing a great job maintaining
mldonkey. Since he has not released yet, I really don't think we should update
mldonkey at this time in the release cycle. Lets better go with this version of
mldonkey in breezy, and get it backported from dapper, when new upstream hits
there.
