[Bug 1168] partimage: x86_64 package isn't build correctly

Recompiling this with the newest gcc-4.0 doesn't address this issue.  It appears
to be a problem with integer size resulting from an FTBFS fix for 64-bit
platforms.  There are a number of warnings in the build log indicating that int
and unsigned long int are different sizes for amd64.
