[Bug 1956] ubuntu CA certificate not in ca-certificates

I asked Mark and he told me that he don't want the canonical certificates to be
published everywhere but better wants all the certificates signed by some other
authority which does this as their daily job ;)

So I'll close this bug and we wait for LP, etc to get proper certificates :)
