[Bug 1805] Breezy - Proxychains fails with libc error

Proxychains passes standard network enabled commands through a proxy server. At
my work, I have to use this in order to pass ssh through our squid proxy server
(which I have no idea what the set up is.) In order to use it, I have added my
work's proxyserver to /etc/proxychains.conf, and then invoke ssh through it as
follows:

$ proxychains ssh -C user at host

This then tunnels the resulting network communications of the program through
the proxy server there.

Other then that, I am not entirely sure how it works. if you need any other
details, please let me know what and how to retrieve them for you.
