you know remarks like this make me NOT want to post the many bugs I've 
found in ubuntu!  The original statement was that hula has no business 
removing mysql-server without asking first.  It doing so makes a HUGE 
assumption that no other program has use for the sql server or its 
databases.  Reinstalling a server that has perhaps already been 
configured by many other programs ( this would occur if hula was the 
last to be installed ) and consqequently having to rebuild all those 
configs, would REALLY PISS ME OFF!  This has nothing to do with wether 
or not a server needs an MTA.  That is a seperate debateable issue, that 
is not for here.  I don't disagree, but its a mute point.  As to where 
the recommendation came from, ubuntu's very spotty documentation lists 
HULA as the recommended mail server without even so much as a mention of 
postfix.
