I suggest you check again. I just fetched the package from http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/o/openbox/openbox_3.2-7ubuntu1_i386.deb
and it depends on libxinerama1
Extracting that package gives me
        libXinerama.so.1 => /usr/lib/libXinerama.so.1 (0xb7ead000)
in ldd output
