[Bug 1399] kwin-baghira style (breezy) doesnt show up in kde control center

This bug is still there in breezy (release candidate). Status is
"Fixed", and I think I am not the only one having troubles with the
baghira style which was perfect on hoary (some other recent comments
seen on this bug on ubuntuforums).

Window decoration menu with Baghira entry show up and fonctionnal, but
baghira style isn't showing up so we can't choose and configure it.
