How do you think it occurred?  The config file code hasn't changed at all
between these versions AFAIK.  Was there maybe a debconf screen that you used to
change your default frequency table?  I noticed that there is no "Frequencies"
list in your tvtime.xml file which means I guess you've been changing it
gloablly in /etc/tvtime/tvtime.xml ?
