Build-Dependencies for netatalk fails to be satisfied at the moment, as
libdb4.2-dev removes heimdal-dev and kerberos4kth-dev, even as all of
these are Build-Depended on.  seb128 tells me that pitti is already
working on this predicament, and as such I must wait until Monday.
