[uds-announce] Internet in the bedrooms

All bedroom Wi-Fi above the 3rd Floor is indeed handled by the hotel on
their default connection. All Wi-Fi in the Convention Centre as well as
the first floor Lobby and second floor Bar and Restaurant have been torn
out and replaced by Ubuntu-2.4GHz-g, Ubuntu-5GHz-a, and Ubuntu-5GHz-an.

So for UDS-Q you don't have to trek all the way back to the Convention
Centre to get a good connection; you only have to go as far as the Bar. ;)

We've also heard reports of bedrooms as high as the 6th floor connecting
to Ubuntu-2.4GHz-g but it's not obviously not guaranteed.
