Hi everyone,

Back by popular demand, there will be Ashtanga yoga at UDS for those that are interested, all levels are welcome.

Classes will take place Monday to Friday mornings between 07:00-08:00, and on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 18:15-19:15 in Hibiscus, in the main conference area.

If you have a yoga mat bring it otherwise grab a towel!
