Hi guys,

Since it's always difficult to find time for LoCo meetings when everyone is available, I would like to propose that we decide on a "fixed" monthly meeting. Instead of basing this on a specific date, I would suggest something like the first Wednesday of every month. i.e. the next meeting would be on Wed 6th Aug, the one after would be Wed 3rd Sept, etc.

Doing it this way would mean that everyone knows in advance when meetings are due to take place and can therefore prepare to attend or send apologies way in advance. Obviously we would also try to send out reminders at least a week in advance.

Please let me know if there are any objections to this or any other points of view. Of course it doesn't have to be Wednesdays - I just personally find mid-week the easiest. If no feedback is received within the next week, I'll assume everyone's happy with this.

Regards,
Neil
