[Ubuntu-ZW] Timezone issues, potentially quite bad

Followup on a very old discussion - this bug has been resolved should
anyone else be using KMail and (like me) set the timezone to Lusaka to
avoid it. At least in KDE 4.14.x timezone is now set correct in email
headers with computer set to Harare timezone.
