[Ubuntu-ZW] How to Configure Ubuntu 8.04 as a Web, Mail and File server

Hi guyz i want to configure Ubuntu 8.04 as Web, Mail and File server,
and need some guidance how to go about it.

I want to create a test environment in VMware Workstation 6.5.

Is it possible to backup Windows files onto Ubuntu server and how do i do it?
