[Ubuntu-ZW] Can someone please help me fix problem with ATI Radeon HD 4570 graphics card

It could probably be that. I download from the local repositories and i
get very good speeds, compared to what we were getting at your place,
but could that be a factor? 
Also, over here i connect through a proxy server and not directly, if
that makes a difference.
