[Ubuntu-ZW] Can someone please help me fix this mail problem

Please can someone help me . My mail server only sends internal mail perfectly  but try to send to outside mail or yahoo you get the following error message

[17-Feb-2010 22:16:32] Invalid response code received from server (554): 
[17-Feb-2010 22:16:32 +0200] SMTP Error: SMTP error: Failed to add recipient 'muzite2003 at gmail.com' in /usr/share/roundcube/program/steps/mail/func.inc on line 1296 (POST /webmail/?_task=mail&_action=send)

How can i solve this problem .
