[Ubuntu-ZW] local repos down?

Hi Orion,

im really so sorry... i have been extremely tied up the last few weeks.

the last thing i needed to check out for these partner repo's was the
overall size.
at the moment, yoafrica are having serious internet issues, so to download
repo's of big sizes, would take extremely long. i.e on average in the last
week, the
repository is currently downloading updates at around 30kbps in the
evenings.

i will look into this further as soon as i get a chance.
