Access archive from local IPs

Hi,

I have just added in a new network 41.191.232.0/21 to zinx and I still cant
access
ubuntu archives. Can someone look into this.

Err http://archive.ubuntu.org.zw hardy-updates/universe Sources
  Could not connect to archive.ubuntu.org.zw:80 (196.44.176.73). - connect
(113 No route to host
