[Ubuntu-ZW] LoCo Team IRC Channel

Hello  Emmanue,

Thank you very much for setting up the irc channel, we are moving
closer and closer to meeting the requirements of becoming an approved
LoCo team. I am sure the irc channel was one of the outstanding
requirements, on behalf of the LoCo team (by the powers vested in the
secretary) a big thank you again.

Thank you for posting the release party photos too.
