LoCo Membership

Hi all,

Please note that within the next few weeks we will be removing the Team
List currently displayed on the wiki site (www.ubuntu-zw.org). 

The team list will instead be hosted on
https://launchpad.net/~zimbabwe-team as this will allow the team list to
be maintained automatically. There are several people currently listed
as LoCo Team members who have been inactive for quite a while. If you
still wish to be on the LoCo Team, please subscribe yourself on the
launchpad link given above. Membership will have to be renewed annually.
If you no longer wish to serve on the LoCo Team, then no action is
necessary.

Since all LoCo members have launchpad accounts already, subscribing to
the launchpad team should only take a minute.

All other team info will remain on the wiki site for the moment.
