使用cpulimit的方法应该算workaround，一劳永逸的方式是给wine报一个bug，因为效率问题也是bug。<br>
我在Wine-1.3.36下尝试EduNetSpeedExplorer，没有重现cpu占用率很高的情况，大概1%左右。<br>
GSC兄能不能试试最新版的Wine，如果cpu占用率不高了，问题也就解决了，如果仍然占用率很高，我们可以一起给Wine报一个bug :)<br>

我没用过EduNetSpeedExplorer，所以不知道我重现不出来的原因是我使用方法不对还是Wine已经改进了。<br>

Wine-1.3.36应该在Wine的ppa中可以下载了。<br>
