[Ubuntu-zh] 12.04的升级问题

升级的时候提示这个：
无法计算升级

E:无法修正错误，因为您要求某些软件包保持现状，就是它们破坏了软件包间的依赖关系。

 This can be caused by:
 * Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
 * Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
 * Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu

很可能发生了一个传输问题，请稍后重试。

我想把要求保持现状的软件包卸载了，但怎么才能知道哪些软件要求保持现状了呀？
