[Ubuntu-zh] ibus 的谷歌拼音输入法发布

libgooglepinyin 0.1.0 版本的 tarball 有些问题，暂时不能推送到 Debian/Ubuntu，想用
googlepinyin 的请给花花和 CSSlayer 施压修改。:P
